This is to certify that in this contest I have operated
my transmitter within the limitations of my license and have
observed fully the rules and regulations of the contest.
Like every one else, the band was really bad Friday and Saturday, but
Sunday was a lot of fun. I want to thank all that took the time to pull
this "water pistol" station out of the muck and work so hard to give me a
