Conditions were dreadful. That sums up the weekend really. When we
couldn't work W3LPL on the first call, we knew it was going to be
a long weekend hi!
We were not qrv on 15m, so we missed any of the openings.
On both afternoons, especially Sunday, 20m was wall-to-wall. There
was no spot on the band where the qrm was less than s9.
