Final Score = 1,666,008 points.
It rained all weekend seeming to concentrate on both Saturday and Sunday
morning runs to Europe. I found using the beverage antennas for
receiving were much better for reducing rain static. Not to mention the
QRN producing high static conditions on the lower frequencies rendering
them unusable. I had to quiet operating so many times I lost count of
hours operated.
What really pissed me off was the rats eat my red puffs off the Heil
headset sometime Saturday night when I was sleeping. Guess they go for
the ear wax or something. Only thing left was a few crumbs laying on the
keyboard.
