Rob Flory, K2WI, Static Head #2, rumored to have operated 10 meters and
liked it.
This was by far the best and biggest crew we ever assembled for our
perennial M/S entry. It made it relatively painless to keep the dials
spinning and the rate smokin'.
Aluminum and Wires:
160: 2 inv L and 5 Beverages
80: 2el wire beam at 110 feet NE/SW, Extended Zepp at 105 feet NW/SE
40: 3 over 3 (M-Squared) at 130/65 feet
20: 4 over 4 at 100/50 feet
15: 5 over 5 over 5, top at 110 feet.
10: 6 over 6 at 100 and 75 feet
Nothing like a quiet field to make a good contest. JA was heard on 40m
around the clock, and conditions to Asia were quite good on all bands,
supplementing the bottomless pit of Europeans. 10m provided long path
openings to VR2 both days, JA on Saturday, and VK, YB on Sunday.
