A great weekend to be inside contesting, with temps in the single digits and
lite snow!! This was really fun, it started off kinda slow on 15m but the band
just hung in there. The biggest surprise was 80 and 160m , very excellent
conditions there!
One of the more fun and interesting moments was being called by K4OJ on 80m and
listening to him call cq on 40m, then calling him immediately on 40m on his CQ
freq. and working for consecutive Q's, thanks Jim! That happened one other
time with K5MR , thanks!
Congrats to Jeff, N5TJ, Bill W4AN and the others with those HUGE totals, very
impressive! And to Bill , WB0O for the top Dakota score, just edging me out.
See you in the phone NAQP!
