Comments:  My personal favorite!  Main difference to last year was
           an open 15m band which allowed more QTCs with weak stations.
           I feel that my multiplier is way too low, with a slow packet 
           link and multiple (minor?) antenna problems it often seemed 
           impossible to break thru "the crowd".
