Comments:
It goes without saying that the new rules provided a tremendous boost to
this contest. Comparing with last year, 5900 QSOs in 1999 vs. 4256 in
1998 with same station and crew.
Condx were good, but not great in W8. 28 MHz was a little disappointing,
particularly the second day.
Now, if they would just move the CW weekend to April life would be even
better!
