[3830] Late NAQP Summary

        Hi Folks,

        Sorry to be late starting the NAQP summaries, but I have been out of 
town.
 Also, sorry to not be here to hand out WV!  I was tempted to get in the
running, but didn't think the XYL would take too kindly to driving the
motor home while I sat in the back and played.. HI.
        Really did hate to miss out on the fun.
