Comments:

Was fun to get on and have a chance to just play for a while. Other
commitments prevented me from putting W1AW on for more than 14 hours but it
was
fun while it lasted. Tried to stay in the 28.350-28.500 MHz frequencies as
best I could to allow all a chance to work the headquarters station.

I have been asked by code class students I taught over the years "Why
should I
bother with the code? You only get a few frequencies and 10 meters isn't
any
good." My response has always been: "When 10 Meters opens up with the sun
spots, you will understand what you have." This weekend was confirmation of
those many bold predictions.
