Team SMC and Company

Condx were great, but nobody heard me. You get used to it :) Always getting
beaten out on 20 was frustrating the first hour or so, and cqing was worthless,
so I just called along with everyone else. My goal was 200 q's, and missed it
by 6! ARGH! I was planning on 40 actually opening, and 80 with about 10-20
q's. 20 was the only band worth doing anything on. Heard K3MM, N2NC, KK1L on
40, but all 3 were s0. West coast and TN/FL area was all that heard me on 40.
As always, used a name other than my own. After coming in from fixing the 40
and 80m antennas that the wind blew away, I had 3 mins before the start.
"Quick, give me a name to use!" "Use mine" Hmmm, seemed like a good idea.
Frank. (that's my dad)
It's a personal best for me, but I'm very dissapointed. This low TH7 is just
not cutting it. The mountains don't help either! Even the 3 el 40 seemed
barely enough to eek out Q's.
Thanks for all the q's, and congrats to the guys who scored big. I'm in awe at
you fellers!
CU in CW (the better sprint) and of course, with a different name!
