Comments:My first serious effort in SAC ever. I guess it's my last one
until EU and AS TOP TEN's separated. Scoring system with lack of
Scandinavian stations activity, is so unfair, that,I'm sure, the
medium AS operator would beat any one from the WRTC 2000 Winners
podium operating from Europe.
