Early winter-like storm deprived me of a couple of
key hours of operation - heavy lighting followed
by rain/snow static. Finally had K6III call me on
40CW for the last mult, then worked him lots more
times throughout the contest.
Does anyone else notice that calling CQ really doesn't
seem to work that well in this contest? Maybe it's
just me...
