Comments:

I felt kind of like the Hoover dude going from band to band mode to mode
vacuuming all the California stations I could find. I figured this was there
year I'd make the sweep. Went to bed with all but one county in the log. Heard
a couple different people say they had worked two different Kings county
stations Saturday. Well, the quitting bell rang and I didn't have Kings in the
log. To add insult to injury I was thinking how great it was to work the
K6AQL/M
gang from so many counties. Just saw in their write-up that they were in Kings.
I spent quite a bit of time on 10 at the beginning and I'll bet they were in
Kings at that time. Worked them mostly on 15. Oh well, I'll be back next year!
As always, had a great time. Thanks to the folks who make it happen. And thanks
to the guys who were portable or mobile to put the rarer counties on the air.
