Comments:

Had some initial problems in first 10 minutes, considered quiting but hated to
miss a year so thought I would do repair and stick it out with a 90% effort to
give N9RV some competition but I didn't come close. At 0100z I was using a
soldering gun and trying to figure out why my 15 meter system had a 3 to 1 swr!
Never the less congratulations to N9RV for a super job!

Conditions weren't too bad and lots of activity made up for some poor conditions
at the start on most bands. I worked more zone 27 and 28 stations in this
contest then ever before. Although lack of activity from the Southeast on 160
was puzzling.

I had only 5 hours over 100 with a top of only 150.

Highlite was working JY9QJ on 80 for last contact!

Noticed that some stations were a getting a bit testy when asked for a qsy, I
can see their point as being asked all the time would get a bit bad.

Nice job Fred (K3ZO) at almost 65!
