Pretty decent conditions to Europe and NA west coast. The east coast and
mid-west have just about disappeared on 10 and 15 with the decline in
sunspots.
I worked one ham in an un-named location that would not give me a report unless
I made an anti-war statement. I can't blame my low score on that, but it didn't
help.
