Enjoyed playing with a new radio - first contest for my FT1000MP Mark-V Field.
Still need to add the optional CW filters, but I already like the receiver. Its
very quiet and makes for pleasant listening. Down side is I can out-hear my
transmitter by a large margin - would have been fun to run the amplifer. Have
to admit QSK not as smooth as my old 930, but overall I'm happy.
