Band conditions were pretty much as expected except for 40 and 160. Static
crashes on 40 completely covered surprisingly strong signals -- even managed
to snag ZL/W3SE later in contest.
160 was sounding good in last hour of contest but little activity ... guess
everone was still down on 80 fighting the black hole.
