Comments:
Got on from home early Saturday afternoon intending to be on briefly to give out
a few Q's to the NCCC'rs heard. Condx were excellent and ended up having way
too much fun to stop. Within an hour, my objective had shifted to see if I
could work all of the multipliers with low power and mediocre wire antennas: a
20 meter dipole at 25 feet and a 40 meter dipole at 15 feet (using a 35 year old
run of RG-58 feed line!). Operating from a little station without computer
keying was a new experience for me. Had a great time and never got around to
heading up to help out at 'YX as originally planned.
