Hi gyus !
Great contest, I´ve started good, working a good number os JA´s and USA stations
but the band closed early to there. Turning my antenna to west and work a few
BY´s, BV´s, HS´s, VR2, XV/3W, DU´s. I heard VK9XD answering stations on the band
but don´t worked him :( it is a very rare zone for us ! Big surprise when I
heard VQ9X at 03:58z coming S8 here, few minutes after I work 5R8FU with S3 all
long path to west.
Saturday at 14:00z my rotator broken when I was calling 5N0, after that I fixed
the antenna to Europe during morning / afternoon and USA at night. Probably lost
lot´s of multiplier because the problem.
What´s happened with zone 18 or 4L, EX, UN, EZ, EY, etc?
Sunday, when I was with USA run my amplifier started to fail, needed to run 200
watts or lower until finish the contest.
Thanks all who calling me. Nice to see a good JA, DL, G activity. Missed more
russian and USA.
