Comments:
Fourth stop on the K8MR 2003 Single Op Multi Station SS Tour.
The results here were disappointing this year. After the flare a lot of the
signals were pretty weak, and a moderate (S5) line noise unexpectedly showed up,
which was enough to make the weak signals tough or impossible to copy.
