Comments:
First ARRL 160 here and second contest with a real 160 m antenna but conditions
were not as good as during the CQWW CW. Heard only two DX, PJ2T and KV4FZ, but
weak so did not call them. Later I discovered that some weak stations would come
back to me on the first call and some booming stations would CQ in my face for
hours without even a ? or QRZ. I did not make it to the west coast, AZ was as
far I could get.
Virtually no noise here except for some chirps coming from the PC monitor next
door.

Gently slopping inverted-L up about 6 metres, no radials, one ground rod.
