Comments:
The ARRL contests are always fun from Arkansas, since we are a semi rare
multiplier. Conditions seemed very good except of course on 10 meters. My
score is practically identical to last years score, except this year I had to
work a little harder for it by staying up the entire 48 hours. First time to do
that and it really wasn't to bad. I think the lack of sleep hurt me a little
bit on Sunday morning during the opening to Europe. The Europeans were non stop
on 15 on Sunday but the bad thing was they were all very weak. I still have a
lot to learn about managing my time on different bands (e.g. 20 meters) and need
to develop the skill of copying weak calls in one ear.
