Comments:
Decline of 10 m very noticeable - worked ONE EU, via skew path. Got a few
more QSOs total and a lot more mults on 80 thru 15 m than in '03, but could
not make up for 50 fewer mults on 10 than in '03, so a lower score than last
year. All bands 80 thru 15 noticeably more crowded than last year; made
it hard to get good runs going, except Sun. AM on 15 and Sun. PM on 20
for a short time. Decline of 10 much easier to handle in ARRL CW test.
