Comments:
Fifteen meters down a lot re '03; good for LU and PY multipliers but not much
else. Ten useless. So, tried to make up the difference on 20 and 40 meters.
Almost did: 5% fewer QSOs re '03, BUT 12% more QSO points, mostly due to
50% more QSOs on 40 than last year, many 6-pointers. Fairly good run rates
for a few hours Fri. eve. and Sat. morning, but then quite slow until the last
few hours Sun. when a lot of last-minute casual ops came on, with QSO totals
of a few tens to a few hundreds. Never went looking for W/K QSOs but just
worked all who called, or those with funny prefixes when in H&P. This worked
well: points/QSO were higher than last year on all bands.
