Comments:
Not my contest. The nearest island is 3000 km away and get to island stations
with low power through the local EU pilups is practically impossible. Especially
when island ops are not very experienced in handling pilups. Having said that
the main problem is - no insentive for islands to work distant stations. Local
EU give the same points.
