Comments:
20 was the workhorse band until the skip got too long. At that point in time 40
wasn't open yet for me, so I just did some errands around the house until I
could get through. Over-all, 40 was pretty brutal and 80 was nearly impossible
from here in SW Minnesota with only 3 watts and a noisy band. It will be tough
to beat out the closer states that have better low band conditions, but I
thought I'd give it a shot.
Station: Argonaut 509, tribander at 50 feet and tuned dipole.
