Comments:
The SECC is going to send a DXPedition to SC. Seems that is the ONLY way to get
any activity from there. Missed NWT and VE2 also. I can blame the NWT on the
solar flare, but the French in Quebec must be mad still. Oh well here is some
cheese, get over it.
