It was really disappointing to listen on 20m at late night and hear the New
England stations working EU and we could not even hear EU...the low bands are so
propagationally/locationally advantaged to the NE US.....really proud of my 40m
and 15 m scores...Jim and John really hung in there....10m really surprised us
with EU on Sunday...the solar flux really didn't peak enough to support what
happened..signals were strong and came in little waves...on the encouraging
side, no equipment failures and the network worked decently...we had 2 computers
that would not keep the right time...they were off by 5 hours, the amount of
difference between EST and Zulu...and no amount of resetting the internal clocks
or SETTIME would correct this...I think different versions of CT10 are involved
here....its amazing the tremendous amount of BUSTED packet spots...can't people
copy the code?? The worst that comes to mind was the many versions of
5H3......thanks to all who worked us...qsl via K4PK...73 and see you the next
contest...de nq4i
