As always the rates in this contest were great - esp. at the start.
But there was just not enough DX to be had on the bands here
in Texas this weekend. My points per QSO average is around 1.7 pts/qso.
My offtimes were mostly dictated by thunderstorms and it seems I missed
alot of low band DX chances due to being forced to take an offtime
when I would have liked to have been on the radio. I still had fun.
On a side note - KE5C came over and shot some video for a
contest talk he is going to be giving.
