Mel, KJ9C, did a great job in recruting more mobile stations to come give us a
hand this year. Activity seemed up. Certainly band conditions were much better
than in the Michigan QSO Party last month. Both 20 and 40 were short which
helped a bunch.
The WX was much better this year as well. Last year we drove in rain most of
the day. We did run into road construction detours three times this year which
was three more than last year.
