Comments:
I was mostly interested in following the progress of mobile newcomer AD8J. He
seemed to have had a good start in the fun of mobile contest operating. At
times the skip zone passed most of WV, but most of time things were OK that
way.
I think I'd like it if the WV guys moved their QSO Party up one week, to the
same weekend as the June VHF QSO Party. This was the case, I think by accident,
in 2003 when I mobiled through WV doing both contests. It would make a good
excuse to head (for me) south, to pass out both rare counties and rare grid
squares.
