Comments:
Signals were up and down throughout the entire contest. At times thought I was
in a EU QRP contest. But then there were intervals where DX signals were very
strong, and was able to maintain some good runs. Lots of JAs during the first
few hours of the contest on 20 meters, while EU was dead (a CME by an X1.3 flare
hit 6 hours before contest).
After 14 hours into the contest, rates started really slowing down, perhaps due
to the 12-hour entrants finishing. The low bands were very noisy with QRN, so
pulled the plug at Midnight. Enjoyed the contest, and picked up many new
Islands.
