Comments:
Disappointing conditions, combined with very heavy QRN on Saturday
night kept the QSO total down this year. I was asked to QSY to
80m from 40m many times, but was never able to hear anybody.
The SAC boys are very fine CW operators, and it is always a pleasure
to work this contest.
