Soapbox Comments
Enjoyed nice hospatility from Boris S58A.
Even if his location is well equipped for SO2R
in SOAB I decided for SOSB 20 m HP.
All equipment worked fine, no failure, no problems.
The whole ctest was a joy, had enough sleep over
Sat/Sun night and easily finished until Sun evening.
What I will definetly remember is unusuall number of
Oceania stations being worked. At the end 53 VKs and 25 ZLs
were logged, 6 of VKs were VK6 from zone 29.
Looks like that long path direction 270 degrees
in the morning with 5 el at proper height provides
good tubing to that region. 143 countries is small number,
but all zones were catched, finally being called
Sunday afternoon by SU, KL7 and KH stations for their zones.
Two other stations, S53M and S57UN were active from
neighbourhood without larger interference being
encountered in bilateral way.
Appreciate all your calls and excuse to those
very few stations that were too much in qrm to complete
QSOs.
