STATION

TEN-TEC Paragon 80W output
Antennas : Hy-Gain Explorer 14 @30 ft 10/15/20M 80/40 dipoles @ 30ft
Dell PC running CT, MFJ Differential T tuner

Goal this year was to beat last year's score. (accomplished by 40K)

This was a 95 % S&P effort. I could not get any signifcant runs going and
decided to simply go fishing. Unfortunately, I could not operate on 10M due to a
PLL problem.(Won't lock above 22 MHz)

Highlights:
ZL6QH on 40M. Got him on the first call in a sizeable pileup.
5Z1A on 20M he was all alone before and after my call!!
FR1HZ (Zone 39) on 20M answered my CQ.

I was able to punch through many pileups on the first or second try. My new
80/40M dipole works better than expected.

This was the best contest ever for me with requests for repeat info. I had only

a handful compared to prior years.

Thanks for all the QSOs.

73, Rick N1DC
