Had a fun contest in spite of some problems with Writelog. After about the
first 300 Q's, keying started to studder when packet spots were received.
Tried switching from Telnet to 2 meter packet, same problem. Tried new
computer, same problem. Not RF related as it would happen when no RF was
being radiated. Converted Writelog file to CT9.bin file and ran CT - DOS
(version 9.81 since it works with the IC-751A) the rest of the way and this
worked fine. I have never seen this problem with Writelog before. I think
something may have been currupted in the Writelog contest data file.
Ran barefoot on 160 and was suprised to work so many stations. Heard lots
of EU but only one heard me. Had some nice runs on 20 especially Sunday
morning.
About 32 hours of operating dispite a pinched nerver in my back.
