Comments:
Friday evening was a waste of time, however Saturday morning things began to
perk up. Nice sporadic E going mixed in with some Caribean DX. Zilch from
Europe, but Africa managed to slip in a bit. What was amazing was the band
stayed open into the late evening.
Got up early on Sunday, not much going on. But by 11am it looked like a repeat
of Saturday. And it basically was, but the band dropped out at about 4.30 in
the afternoon. All in all a good contest.
The new beam certainly made the difference for sure.
