Comments:
Strong wind event yesterday morning in Puget Sound country with trees across
power lines everywhere. I was one of 140,000 customers reported to be without
power. Based on radio reports I was not expecting to get power restored until
Sunday or later. But the lights came on at 2335Z so my plans changed back to
operating phone sprint.
