Comments:
Excellent mobile participation from the folks in Mn! Good turnout all round,
with decent conditions on the lower bands. Tried one QSO on 15 with N0UR, no
dice and thought I heard whispers one other time. 10 was dead to Mn from here.
RTTY was tough to hear thru at times in the afternoon. Thanks for the good
