Comments:

Not a bad effort considering I started the contest 10 hours late due to taking
the XYL out to dinner Friday night, very bad thunderstorms and needed a good
night of sleep before starting. Also, I would have done better to take a 3 hour
break during the day Sunday and operating the last 3 hours so I could get more
contacts (and points) on 40 meters, but the XYL wanted to go to a movie Sunday
afternoon. So I ended at 2100Z.

Skipping 40/80 the first night was a big gamble, but I couldn't operate anyway
because of the weather. I figured the low bands would be better Saturday night
and they were - by a lot.

Highlight of the contest was working 7X0RY on 80 meters. And I only had 13
dupes, which is less than 1% of my log.

Lowlight was lack of big numbers on 15 meters, but this was expected. Actually
15 was decent on Sunday, but nothing like last year.

My goal was 1500 Q's and 500 mults, so I'm happy to make that. I only missed
the Low Power NA record, which I set last year, by 70k points. That's pretty
amazing really.

73, Don
