Comments:
Very long stretches of poor to no rate with small micro bursts of calls
I assume from being spotted. First night was struggle with many not
able to hear me. The second night was better and towards the end
everyone I called could hear me. Even then CQing didn't produce
much and I was S/P looking for anyone new. K6GNX wins the best
signal to Alaska award by far. He was loud from our sunset to sunrise.
No Europe and few Pacific. Short openings to zone 5, off and on, but
mostly 6/7's all night. 73, Rich KL7RA, North Kenai, Alaska.
