[Mk-Vf + vertical] Tried another strategy but flopped big time. I was trying
way too hard to find new or weak stations for multipliers - I found many but
just wasn't loud enough to bust their pileups. Several times someone thought I
was VA7ST.
Here's a proposal: lets encourage working new stations instead of dupes up
around 044-045. Run up the QSOs at 039-041 as usual, but try not to call dupes
up above 044. It will help us all find more multipliers. I'll be CQing up there
