Comments:
After being "teased" with good E skip to the east coast and midwest over last
several days it all came to an end after about the first hour of the contest.
All those dreams of 100+ hours running the east coast on 6 went down the drain.
I even spent the time this week to put up a "real" antenna for 6 meters.
Spotty openings on Saturday and pretty much nothing on Sunday except for a
short opening in the morning to W5 and HI3TEJ popping out of the noise long
enough to work him. I didn't even hear or work a station after 15:00 Z Sunday
while other parts of the country had some "E" skip going on...
