Comments:

* N1MM worked flawlessly
* CW TuneIn for visual tuning
* 3-element tribander at 50'
* 40M -- 2 element wire beam at 70'
* 80M -- 2 element wire beam at 70'

Bands were pretty good for nearing the bottom of the solar cycle. Had hoped for
more on 15M, and nothing heard on 10M. Hunted day and night for NWT, NU and YT
but nowhere to be found.

Called VE6AO about a hundred times on 20M Saturday afternoon, but he couldn't
hear me off the back of his beam through the throng of EU stations he was
running :) Sure wanted at AB mult, though.

Enjoyed working the RAC stations from VO1, VA3, VE4 and VE7. Thanks for being
there guys. Wish all RAC stations had keyers and CW knobs.

Must thank VY2OX for the PEI mult on 20M. Only PEI station heard. Until Lowell
called in, I thought maybe I had the beam pointed at the wrong end of
Charlottetown from here, hi.

Thanks to RAC for seeing the light and adding a CW-only category. Wish there
were LP and HP classes, but can't have everything. I'm happy with the change.
Although I have resisted getting an amplifier, I can see that will have to
happen this year, as running 100W from the left coast in an open-power class
leaves one out of the running.

Had a lot of dupes. Worked most. Even caused one with VE1AYY, after copying his
CQ as VE3. Sorry Ron. Also had several episodes of attempted jamming. No damage
from those lids, though. Just kept cranking the CQs and imagining some idiot
lid burning up a $400 set of tubes for little ol' me.

I had fun watching the Q total rise, but wished I had squeezed more out of 80M
and 15M. Still, my best outing ever for Canada Day.

Year  CW     Ph     Mults           Score
