Comments:
The weather was about the best you could expect for FD this year. Nice breeze
most of the time, low 80's during the day. 2005 FD was the 1st for the KY
Indiana DX Association and we were looking forward to a repeat performance,
when we had a tragic loss of one of our members, NW4T Gerald Crow, who fell to
his death last year off of his tower as he was preparing his antennas for the
CW SS contest. AA4Rl, K4SAC, and K4MQR decided to operate in "missing man"
formation this year in his honor. We look forward to continuing to operate FD
in his honor.
