Poor prop on 15/10 and noise on 40-80 made for a frustrating time out west, down
30K from last year. Highlite was working WO1N on 15m abt. 0215Z; K0EU heard me
there and moved me to 10m for a QSO. High bands have prop. late in the day in
the summer!
I'd rather do the 30 min. NCCC practice tests. Next Thursday, we do NS rules
on 40/20m. CU then.
