Comments:
Two lightning strikes in the last 4 weeks have made life miserable.
Rotator box blew 2 fuses and eventually quit. I was forced to use AFSK(UGGH!)
filter situation much better with FSK.
On the good side, I had all the antennas ready to go including the 4 element
wire beam pointed at EU. All the bands seemed poor on Sunday. Special thanks to
FM5JC for being my only dx contact on 10m. There were a couple of short sjip
openings on 10 SUN.
All in all, quite an experience and always fun. Looks like I'll be in a si,ilar
situation next week.
