Never worked any VE1, VO1, VE4, VE5, VE8/VY1/VY0, VT, MS, or ID. I heard WQ5L in
MS pouncing, but never caught up with him. The rest I never heard. Was surprised
when a KL7 called me on 20. Got PEI on 2 bands.
Worked VP9 and XE mults, plus a stray PY and a YV are in the log.
Even managed a 160 mtr QSO on my 80 mtr antenna. Nothing was heard on 10 mtrs.
I was surprised how well 40 worked out. Best runs of the contest. QRN wasn't
bad on my end, all else considered.
The good part about a low-power contest is that when you run QRP, atleast most
of the time if you hear the station you got a good chance of working them
(except on 80/160 where you become noise limited).
I will be putzing around on NAQP phone due to a party that evening. Probably
will get on late with a good buzz, so watch out!
