Comments:
My opinion - changes are needed to the timing of this contest! There is no point
to struggle on the crowded 40 CW band together with Russian contesters and try
to "dig out" hardly heard NRAU-guys. A proposal for further discussion could
be:
a) change the start of the contest to 6.30 UTC (i.e. to 1 hour later)
b) change SSB and CW contests' sequence, i.e. start with SSB at 6.30, and start
with CW-part at 9.00 UTC
Either a) or both applied should improve the current situation, also, I am
pretty sure it would help a lot to increase our scores and raise the overall
activity as well.
