Very frustrating and embarrassing. This was one of my lowest LP Sprint scores
ever. Something was definitely wrong with this situation. Aging coaxial
cables, aging operator, subtle antenna problems, a combination thereof, or
whatever...? I need to resolve this before the next sprint attempt.
Most of my CQs, and inherited frequencies, went unanswered. Many times, I
called CQ 5 to 10 times with no replies. I was beat out countless times when
dropping in my call. Missed several common multipliers -- only one IL QSO. I
was ready to quit after the first two hours. I stayed the course because I was
on a team. This was definitely no fun for me this time around.
